What to Expect at Your Appointment

Park in the parking lot in front of the Options building.
Options Mankato is located at 1695 Lor Ray Drive, North Mankato. There is an ample parking lot with plenty of spaces to accommodate clients.
Note: Options leases part of the building to New Birth Midwifery. Leave the spaces that say “New Birth Expecting Mother” for our neighbors.
Enter through the main entrance with the gable.
The Options Mankato entrance is the larger one on the left with the triangular roof. Once you enter, you’ll immediately feel at home in our comfortable lobby, where you can grab a coffee, water, or snack while you wait for your appointment.

We offer lab-quality pregnancy testing, limited obstetrical ultrasounds, STI testing, education on pregnancy options by trained staff, evidence-based education on sexual health, resources and referrals, adoption referrals, prenatal and parenting education, and material assistance through enrollment in our parenting education program.
We do not provide comprehensive OB/GYN services. We do not provide or refer for abortion services.

All of our services are currently free of charge.

No. We have a strict confidentiality policy, and will not tell anyone that you visited us unless required to do so by law. Additionally, we will not contact you without your permission.

Yes. We may ask to speak to you alone during portions of your visit, but you are welcome to bring others with you.

We are a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization dedicated to helping women who are facing an unplanned or difficult pregnancy. We offer limited obstetrical ultrasounds, medical quality pregnancy testing, education, material resources, and referrals. All of our services are free of charge and confidential as allowed by the State of Minnesota.
Options Mankato has stemmed from a need in the Mankato area for positive solutions for women making difficult choices; empowering them and supporting them afterward. We want everyone to know their options.
Our dedicated staff and volunteers are here to provide education and support as you make decisions that are right for you.
Options Mankato does not offer or refer for abortion or contraception. We believe that empowerment begins with knowledge. We are here to help you make a well-informed decision.
